Job Description:

We are looking for a Runner to join our VFX team. This position is ideal for someone starting their career in the visual effects industry and looking to gain hands-on experience in a production environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to support a wide range of operational and logistical tasks.

Responsibilities:

Carry out messenger and delivery tasks between departments and external clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in preparing meeting rooms, technical setups, and any production-related requirements. Provide logistical support to VFX artists and supervisors, including supply management and organization of work areas. Assist with basic file and data management, ensuring materials are handled securely and in an organized manner. Collaborate with the production team on basic administrative tasks, such as document organization and database updates. Support the coordination of internal studio events and activities. Respond to day-to-day studio needs as they arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

Passion for the VFX industry and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude. Basic knowledge of VFX production workflows is an advantage. Availability to work outside regular hours when required.
