Position: VFX Producer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced VFX Producer to lead and coordinate the visual effects production of high-profile projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all stages of VFX production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate all phases of VFX production, from pre-production through final delivery. Collaborate closely with directors, VFX supervisors, and other departments to ensure creative and technical requirements are met. Manage production schedules and allocate resources to ensure deadlines are achieved. Oversee project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources. Act as the main point of contact between the production team and clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication at all times. Identify and resolve production issues, making strategic decisions to keep workflows on track. Monitor project progress and adjust production plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery. Ensure the delivery of all VFX elements in accordance with agreed quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Production, Film, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience in VFX production for film, television, or advertising. Strong understanding of VFX workflows and techniques, including software such as Houdini, Nuke, and related tools. Excellent project management skills, including planning, organization, and budget management. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Experience leading teams and resolving production challenges.

Nice to Have:

Experience working on high-profile or large-scale productions. Familiarity with production management tools such as ShotGrid, Trello, or similar platforms. Knowledge of agile methodologies and creative team management.
